To create the fun raffia flower element-
Unwrap a length of raffia
With fringe scissors, snip into one side of raffia, almost to edge
Punch a sunburst piece from cardstock and run through 250 Create a Sticker
scrunch up in a circular motion, then stick it down to the sticky side of the sunburst shape
continue scrunching and sticking down
scrunch and shape your "flower"
apply a generous dollop of liquid adhesive in the center of flower
press a wood bingo piece into glue-taa daa!!!!
