Is it any wonder why I love We R Memory Keepers so much??? The Hip Hip Hooray collection kinda screams Happy Birthday, don't you think? The bright cheerful colors, whimiscal patterns and it's gender neutral. My assignment here was to create with the Hip Hip Hooray collection and the Rose Mini 8 and 2 edge punches. I was SO up for the challenge!
Supplies-We R Memory Keepers Hip Hip Hooray collection patterned papers and textured cardstock, embossed tags, Albums Made Easy journaling cards, chipboard alphabet, embossed stickers, Rose mini 8 punch, Rose 2 edge punch, Sew Ribbon twill, Xyron 900 Creative Station, 500 Creative Station, Mega Runner, Teresa Collins stapler, Double sided High Tack tape, 150 Create a Sticker, Zig writer
I love that on this layout I was able to combine the Rose mini 8 and the coordinating 2 edge punch-creating a custom die cut of any size! The possiblilites are endless!
I love award ribbons! I create them all the time, and am always looking for new and fun versions! The Mini 8 is the perfect base, layers and layers of patterned paper circles, add a lolly for dimension and lots of patterned paper banner strips! Are the wheels in your noggin spinning with ideas yet?
Birthday crowns are so much fun and once again the Mini 8 is a perfect base for a fun focal point! Adding a layer of crepe paper ruffles only added to the festive feel! The two edge punched strip added one more layer of dimension and fun!
My goal was to create a card using both the Mini 8 and 2 edge punches-I think this happy little birthday greeting fits the bill-the fun little added front fold adds just a little something extra!
I love layering and dimension, I cut a mini 8 die cut in half and mounted this embossed tag with foam squares for a quick and lively little card. Adding a length of coordinating twill finishes it perfectly!
