Be sure to check the Xyron Facebook wall for 30 days of inspiration! For my second project in the Xyron 30 days of Holiday projects, I have combined a few of fun elements, a bit more upcycling for an unusual gift card holder and paper bow making! For this project, I will be using many Xyron products and Imaginisce's whimsical " Colors of Christmas" collection!
Cut a piece of patterned paper to fit as a wrap for pringles can. I used a 2.36 oz pringles can-so my patterned paper measured 4 1/2"x 12-that left a bit of a overlap, which makes it good and secure. I ran mine thru my 5" Creative Station for perfect edge to edge adhesive!
To create a paper bow, cut 12"x 3/4", 11"x 1/2" and 10"x1/3". Bring ends together, overlap a bit and staple each loop with Xyron's Teresa Collins stapler. Stack and spread out each set of 3 and staple together, then stack all three biggest to smallest and staple together, top with a loop.
Punch a 3" scallop circle from green cardstock, run thru Xyron's 3" Create a Sticker and adhere to top of lid. Then adhere the loopy bow to top of scallop circle with 5 Xyron's Adhesive dots.
To create matching tag, Punch a 3" scallop circle from patterned paper, top with a smaller cardstock circle, and top with a 3 dimensional sticker.
Cover a shipping tag with patterned paper that has been run thru Xyron's 3" Create a Sticker. Adhere the scallop circle stack to end of tag and tie to a loop of the bow.
I adhered a cardstock scallop edged strip to the top and bottom edge of the can with Xyron's High tack Adhesive tape.
